Returns must be authorized via email or phone, and an RA # must be obtained before sending an item back to West KY Customs. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving an item. Special order items or custom built wheels are due in full, up front, and are not returnable or exchangeable. If items are returned to us without an RA#, the shipment will be refused. Here is what to do if you have problems:
Damaged in Transit:
Inspect your shipment BEFORE you accept it from the delivery driver. If there is any damage or evidence of tampering, you MUST inform the driver and note it on the delivery receipt. Without noting the damage, we cannot fix the problem. Do NOT refuse the shipment. Accept the shipment as damaged. Call us immediately after noting the damage to the driver, and we will start the claim process. Pictures of the damaged parts may be required to speed up the process.
Every item that ships from our warehouse is inspected. However, some items that are drop-shipped from the manufacturer may arrive with issues. If the item you received has a manufactuer's defect, call us right away at 270-559-0698! We will supply you with a defect-free part and provide you with return shipping labels to return the defective part. Pictures of the defective part may be required to speed up the process.
If you did not receive all of the parts you ordered, please open EVERY box or container. If you are short an item call us right away. Your order may have been split and some items shipped from a different warehouse. If the item truly is missing, we will ship the item right away (no charge to you, of course).
We strive to make sure you receive the exact parts you ordered, but sometimes things happen. If this happens, call us immediately at 270-559-0698 and we will ship the correct part immediately and issue return shipping labels.
If you ordered parts and you no longer want them or changed your mind, we accept returns on UNUSED parts only and have a 25% restocking fee. You must pay return shipping on returns. ALWAYS ship returned items FULLY INSURED. If an item is damaged in transit back to us, we will NOT issue a refund for that item. You will have to file a claim with the freight company for the damaged item. Wheels that you have a tire mounted on are not returnable. Tires that have been rolled on are not returnable. All returns are subject to inspection. No refunds will be issued until we have thoroughly inspected the items and WE determine they are in NEW condition.
If you purchased a product from us and have warranty issues, call us at 270-559-0698 within the warranty period and we will contact the manufacturer and handle the issue for you. Please note that all warranties are provided by the manufacturer and warranty decisions are strictly up to the manufacturer. West KY Customs LLC does not have any control over their decision or the time frame required to come to a decision.
What we CAN'T do:
We cannot help you with labor expenses, shop time, or other related expenses caused by the amount of time required for you to receive the parts you ordered, or caused by any of the problems listed above, and any additional time required to fix them, or caused by the use of wrong, broken or defective parts during and/or after installation of the parts you ordered. Thank you for understanding.
Acceptable payment methods include ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS, PAYPAL, and WIRE TRANSFER. Paypal orders must be shipped to a confirmed address, or a business address. Credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address for the card, or a business address. Cash is accepted for local pickups. We do not accept checks or money orders. For security reasons, you MUST include a phone number with your order. Orders submitted without a phone number may be delayed.
We ship with Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, and truck Freight. All Wheel/Tire package prices include shipping to your door (Cont. U.S. Only). Hawaii, Alaska, Canadian/International shipments will be charged actual freight (please email or call for a rate). All items are shipped with the proper amount of insurance. If an item arrives damaged, you MUST note that to the driver. We will work with you and the freight company throughout the claim process, but West KY Customs is not liable for any damages assessed during shipping or delays in transit time. Once the shipment leaves our hands, we have NO control over it. Local pickups are available. Most in stock items ship same day or next business day. DO NOT schedule an installation appointment with your local shop BEFORE you receive the parts. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and delivery times vary and actual delivery can happen at any given time during normal business hours, M-F. Any items shipped within the state of Kentucky will be charged sales tax. All items shipped outside of Kentucky will be tax free. Any duties, fees, brokerage, etc. associated with customers outside of the United States will be the responsibility of the customer.
