Q: My payment was denied.  What do I do?
Typically when a card is denied it is due to a daily spending limit.  Please contact your bank or card company and have them temporarily raise your spending limit to an amount equal to or larger than the order amount PLUS what ever amount you need to use that card for within the next 24 hours.  Once you have raised your daily limit you can place the order again online or call us to order.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
Most wheel/tire packages and tires over 35" will be shipped truck freight.  Depending on your area, your wheel/tire package may ship Fedex Ground.  Wheels in boxes and tires 35" or smaller will be shipped Fedex Ground.  Some items that may be dropped shipped from manufacturers could be shipped UPS Ground.  Ground shipments may be left at your door with no signature required.  Inspection and signature will be required on all truck freight shipments.

Q: I ordered over the phone.  How do I login to check order status/tracking?
Your login will be your email address.  Your temporary password will be your last name, first letter Upper case, with 123 at the end.  For example, if your last name is Smith, your password will be Smith123.  Once you log in, you can change your password.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.  You can also log into your account and check tracking there as well.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: See our Shipping and Returns Page

Q: How much lift do I need?
See our Will it Fit page.

Q: What offset do I need?
See our Will it fit page.

Q: What is offset?
Offset is the distance from the center line of the wheel to the mounting surface of the wheel. In general, a wheel with a positive offset will sit closer to the truck.  A wheel with a negative offset will stick out away from the truck.  Most factory wheels have a positive offset (some being extremely high positive).  Most wheels for lifted trucks will be a low to negative offset.

Q: What is backspacing?
Backspacing is the distance from the mounting surface of the wheel to the inside lip of the wheel.  The lower the backspacing is, the farther the wheel will stick out.

Q: I want a wheel/tire package that I don't see on the website.  Can I put together my own package?
A: Yes.  Just add (4) wheels, (4) tires, (4) tire pressure sensors (if necessary) and (4) mount/balance to your shopping cart.  Spline drive lug nuts will be included for FREE.  If you do not see the wheels/tires you are looking for, Contact Us and we will see if we can get them.  If it is built for a truck, we can probably get it!
